Through the act of psychotherapy, with the support of a professional therapist, individuals, families, and couples work to identify and understand their thought processes and emotions. They discuss their experiences and explore areas of their lives they seek to improve.

Psychotherapy addresses a variety of issues, such as emotional disturbances, sleep problems, chronic pain, and various other mental health conditions. It aims to provide a safe space for people to express the concerns that hinder their functioning, and it promotes growth and healing by helping people change their maladaptive cognitive patterns and behaviours.

Also known as talk therapy, psychotherapy uses various treatment approaches that fall into the following categories:
- Psychodynamic therapies
- Experiential and Humanistic therapies
- Cognitive and Behavioural therapies
- Somatic therapies
- Systemic and Collaborative therapies

Psychotherapy is first and foremost a collaborative relationship between the client and the therapist. As they instill trust and demonstrate empathy and genuineness, therapists allow their clients to feel comfortable with sharing as they engage in the introspective process. Therapists listen a lot, but they also reflect, challenge, and educate their clients along the therapeutic journey. Clients should consult with prospective therapists to find the right therapist for them and their counselling needs

In reality, hypnosis is a natural state of mind. It can be used to effectively reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, manage symptoms of pain, greatly improve physical, emotional, and intellectual discomfort, as well as impart lasting transformational change.

My role as a hypnotherapist is to guide you into your state of deep relaxation and empower you to achieve your goals by strengthening your connection with your subconscious mind.

When we work together you will learn how to conduct self-hypnosis on your own, so that you can continue to
experience regular deep relaxation and lasting results long after our sessions.

Coming Soon! Injection lipolysis chemically reduces the number of fat cells around the injection site. The chemical, called deoxycholic acid, results in fat cell disruption and death. Currently, it is FDA-approved for treatment of the area underneath the chin to eliminate what is known as a "double chin." A commonly known type of injection lipolysis is Kybella®.
What are the results of injection lipolysis?
Most patients have at least two treatments spaced four to six weeks apart, which is the typical duration of swelling. Patients can have up to six treatments to the area under the chin. During the period of swelling the area can look fuller than it did before treatment, but as the fat cells are disrupted and the inflammation subsides, most patients see results by 6 to 8 weeks after a treatment. Unless a patient were to gain weight, the results should be long-lasting.

I’m a certified Nurse injector specializing in Botox and dermal fillers. I have worked in the health care field as a nurse for 20 plus years in a different variety of settings.

I have 3 lovely children that are grown up and it’s mostly my husband and I at home these days. I’ve always been dedicated to learning and enhancing myself. In July of 2022 I became a certified Nurse Injector.

I started this journey because I was noticing more lines and wrinkles in my face and feeling a little insecure with my look. So at 47 I decided to take a leap and start my own business. I’ve always been passionate and caring, and if I can help anyone, at any age feel a little better about themselves then I’m the one.

I feel this world is tough enough and when your confidence is low it makes this even harder. I want people feeling the same way to feel great about themselves. Whether you want to little fixing or a lot or who want to maintain their youthful look, reach out to me.
